Terms & Conditions of Hire
- All reservations are provided with written confirmation of price and details by email or post.
- The customer is responsible for checking the flight details given on the correspondence (see item 10).
- Payment either by cash or cheque is required at the completion of each leg of the journey.
- Once the reservation has been accepted a non-refundable deposit may be requested in certain circumstances.
- Our confirmation forms the guarantee of service.
- Chauffeur-Bus will provide departure pick up times. We cannot be held responsible if the customer amends this time, or if the travel is delayed through no fault of the driver.
- Cancellations can be completed up to 24 hours prior to departure otherwise the full fare will be payable. The exception to this is airline failure when we will do our upmost to accommodate change to travel plans.
- All returning customers will call their driver on the number provided to agree the collection point. The driver will only in certain preagreed circumstances meet in the terminal building.
- We pride ourselves on providing a first class customer experience.
- Some return tickets will show departure date from away airport - We need the landing date here which may be different. You will be charged the full fare if incorrect information results in a no show on date booked. Please double check!
